You can delete your Untapped app account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open the Untapped app, go to You → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
By email
If you can't access the app, email anveshthogaru@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, saved designs, uploaded photos, and upcycle, kit and donation requests.
What we keep
Order and payment records, for up to 6 years, because UK tax law requires it. Designers' payout records are kept by Stripe under its own policy.
