Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible items.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.
UNTAPPED reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
