UNTAPPED operates as a fashion brand offering limited drops, seasonal collections, and curated product releases. All products are subject to availability and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

We aim to present all products as accurately as possible, however slight variations in colour, texture, fit, and finish may occur due to production processes and device display differences.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock errors.

Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel affected orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier services, or external factors outside our control.

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with original tags attached. Returns must be submitted via our Return Portal within the stated return period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges may be offered on eligible items, subject to availability.
